Mr. SAMUELThe Committee will publish within the next few days a volume entitled "Survey of Industrial Relations," containing a comprehensive review of the position in regard to such natters as wages, hours and conditions of labour, unemployment and machinery for industrial negotiation in this country, together with a considerable amount of information as to the position in other countries.
