§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir William Joynson-Hicks)The recommendations in question have been embodied in a revised Code of Regulations for Shipbuilding which has been prepared to give effect to the Committee's proposals. These Regulations are in draft only at present, and, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Section 80 of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1901, are subject to the consideration of any objections received within the prescribed period.
