Brigadier-General SPEARSasked the Minister of Agriculture whether he has been in consultation with the Departments concerned with a view to implementing the recommendations of Lord Linlithgow's Committee to the effect that loans should be available for associations of growers desirous of erecting capital works, establishing co-operative auctions, marts, or other similar enterprises; and, if so, will he inform the House of the result of these consultations?
