HC Deb 12 April 1923 vol 162 c1304
Mr. HARCOURT JOHNSTONE (by Private Notice)

asked the Prime Minister whether he has received either from the British Embassy in Paris or from any other sources information which would lead him to suppose that the visit of M. Loucheur to this country is to be repeated, and that M. Loucheur would, in that event, be entrusted by the French Government with official or semi-official proposals concerning a solution of the Franco-German situation, to be submitted either to His Majesty's Government or to individual members of His Majesty's Government?

Mr. BALDWIN
