§ Sir A. MONDThe sale of arsenic is governed by Sections 1 and 2 of the Arsenic Act, 1851, and by Section 17 of the Pharmacy Act, 1868. It would require further legislation, which will be considered, to deal with the point raised by the hon. Member.
