§ Sir H. GREENWOODThe Grand Mufti of Egypt issued a "fetwa" (religious decree) denouncing Bolshevism as heretical and warning Mohammedans against its principles on the 2nd July last. His Majesty's Government have no information that any such action has been taken by the Sheikh-al-Islam.
