asked the Minister of Health whether he will consider amending the Vaccination Acts of 1862–98 and 1907, so that compulsory vaccinaiton and penalties for non-com pliance would be repealed, and that it should be left to the parent or person having the custody of the child to determine whether or not the child should be vaccinated, without having to make a declaration before a justice of the peace.
