HC Deb 28 April 1920 vol 128 cc1210-1
41. Earl WINTERTON

asked whether any protests have been received by him, on account of the stoppage of commercial building in London under the Housing, Acts?

Dr. ADDISON

No such protests have been received by me. There has been one appeal against an Order made by a local authority in the Metropolitan area, which has been referred to the Appeal Tribunal set up under Section 5 (2) of the Housing (Additional Powers) Act, 1919.
