§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative, but final details have not yet been definitely settled. There are no German officers or ratings upon ships now being surrendered. Those allocated to Great Britain will be berthed at Rosyth, with the exception of "Baden," which is at Invergordon. With regard to the latter part of the question, I would refer my Noble Friend to the reply which I gave on the 12th April.
