§ Mr. LONGThe estimated total cost of the "Hood," including guns, ammunition, and stores, is £6,025,000. The estimated annual cost of maintenance in full commission is £539,000. As regards the ships ordered but subsequently cancelled, payment will be made of the ascertained cost of the work actually done, with the addition of a reasonable profit.
