HC Deb 04 November 1918 vol 110 c1784
Mr. DILLON

(by Private Notice) asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the near approach of the General Election, the Government can now state when the present Session will be brought to a close, and what business they propose to take before the close of the Session?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I am not able to make a statement to-day as to the amount of business we propose to get through, or as to the date of the end of the Session. I shall make it as soon as the Government have come to a decision. If the hon. Gentleman should put a question on Thursday to me, it is possible I may be able to answer them.
