HC Deb 04 March 1918 vol 103 c1690
15. Colonel W. THORNE

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is now in a position to make any statement in regard to the peace conditions made between Russia and Germany in the name of Lenin and Trotsky; if he is in a position to say the amount of Russian territory that is under German control; and if he can state the number of towns that are in the hands of the Germans and the number of the population they represent?

My information on these questions does not go beyond what has appeared in the Press.
