HC Deb 04 March 1918 vol 103 c1701
70. Sir J. D. REES

asked whether importers of copra have been constrained by the Ministry to receive their supplies through brokers other than their own brokers; and, if so, whether any and, if so, what objection exists to allowing firms to take delivery through brokers they have themselves hitherto employed?

Mr. PARKER

No objection is made to firms taking delivery of copra through the brokers whom they have formerly employed.
