asked the Prime Minister whether he has yet asked for or received the resignation of the Secretary to the Ministry of Blockade?

The answer is in the negative.

Does that apply to the latter part of the question whether the right hon. Gentleman has asked for or received the resignation of the Secretary to the Ministry of Blockade?

The answer to both parts of the question is in the negative.

§ Mr. PRINGLE
Is it true that this was only prevented by the intervention of the Foreign Secretary and the Assistant-Secretary for Foreign Affairs?

No; it is not true as far as I know.
