HC Deb 29 July 1918 vol 109 c38
54. Sir R. COOPER

asked if, in view of the interest in the suggestion of an economic boycott of Germany by all the Allies after the War, he will use his influence to persuade the Governments of the Allies to make a united declaration to the effect that for every month that hostilities are maintained after the date of the declaration a drastic economic boycott will be maintained for a year against the Central Empires and their Allies?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I can add nothing to the answer which I gave to the hon. Member for Devizes on the 8th of July last.
