asked the Food Controller whether, in view of the fact that Ireland has been denied her share of feeding-stuffs for cattle whilst British merchants and farmers have been supplied, steps will be taken to prepare and carry out a scheme of distribution in Ireland, either through the Ministry of Food or in consultation with the Department of Agriculture, leaving the administration to the Department?
