§ Major ASTORThe rebates to various classes of traders vary according to the ascertained requirements of each class, and are fixed at the rate calculated to allow to each class approximately the same ratio of profit as was obtained before the War. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of the latest instructions on the subject of rebates and, if there is 29 any general desire, copies will be placed in the Library as soon as these instructions have been reprinted.
