§ Mr. KELLAWAYAdvances in the remuneration of clerks are a matter for the particular establishments in which they are employed. As regards controlled establishments, a large number of proposals for the payment of a bonus to the clerical staff, equivalent to the 12⅛ per cent., have already been approved.
