§ Dr. MACNAMARAInstructions have recently been issued authorising additions to the numbers of established workmen employed in the ship constructive, engineering, and electrical departments of the dockyards. The question of increasing the numbers of established workmen in other establishments and departments, including the Works Department, is under consideration.
