§ Mr. MACPHERSONTime-expired soldiers who had left the Colours prior to the passing of the Military Service Act (Session 2) of 1916 are not entitled to one month's furlough before joining up.
§ Mr. GOLDSTONEAre men who have not a month's furlough, to which they are entitled, precluded from having additional leave because they had had a month's furlough.
