§ 49. Mr. G. LAMBERTasked the Prime Minister whether the Report of the Dardanelles Commission has been received by the Government; and, if so, when the Report will be accessible to Members?
§ 50. Commander BELLAIRSasked whether the delay in presenting to Parliament the interim Report and the minority Report of the Dardanelles Commission is due to pressure of work at the printers or to any other cause; and whether it will now be presented without further delay?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe Report has, I understand, not yet been signed by all the members of the Committee, and has not yet been received by the Government. Perhaps, therefore, my hon. Friends will put down the question again on Thursday, when I hope to be in a position to answer it.
§ Mr. McKENNACan the evidence be published at the same time?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI would rather not give any answer until I have seen the Report.
§ Mr. PRINGLEAre the members of the Commission, who have now become members of the Government, going to sign the Report, and is this the cause of the delay which has arisen?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI really cannot answer that question. I should not consider that it was any reason why they should not sign the Report because they have since become members of the Government.
