§ Mr. DUKEI believe this matter has been under consideration by judges of the King's Bench Division in Ireland after, as I am told, a very full argument. I have not yet been informed of the view taken by the Court.
§ Mr. LYNCHWhen the right hon. Gentleman becomes aware of the decision will he communicate it to us?
§ Mr. DUKEIf it will be for the convenience of the hon. Member I will take care it is communicated to him, and if a question is put I will communicate it to the House.
