asked the Prime Minister whether the Government have yet concluded their consideration of the question of the registration of voters; and what steps he intends to take in the matter?

The PRIME MINISTER

I regret that I am not yet in a position to make a statement.

Can the right hon. Gentleman say when he will be able to make a definite statement on this matter?

Will the right hon. Gentleman deal with this before the Parliamentary Recess?

Yes; I hope so.
