asked the Prime Minister whether he will take the Third Reading of the Special Commissions (Dardanelles and Mesopotamia) Bill at a time when it can be adequately discussed?

The PRIME MINISTER

No, Sir; I hope that in accordance with what I believe is the general desire of the House the Third Reading of this Bill will be taken immediately after the Report.

Commander BELLAIRS

Will that be late at night?

The PRIME MINISTER

I hope not.
