Mr. SAMUELI am not aware that any application for the issue of a pass- 2055 port has yet been made. There is no desire to place difficulties in the way of the collection of funds for the benefit of persons who have suffered as a result of the insurrection in Dublin. Any application for a passport would be considered on its merits.
