56. Mr. JOYNSON-HICKS

asked the Prime Minister whether before any arrangements are concluded for the future government of Ireland, he will give a day for the discussion of the Report of the Royal Commission on the rebellion in Ireland?

The PRIME MINISTER

I am not prepared to give any pledge at present on this subject.

Mr. JOYNSON-HICKS

If the right hon. Gentleman will not give a pledge will he give a day for the discussion of this Report, which contains a distinct and complete condemnation of his own Government?

The PRIME MINISTER

I cannot give any pledge at the present time.
