Mr. KINGasked the Prime Minister whether, in any legislation introducing compulsory military service, special provisions will be taken to exempt by explicit legislative enactment those officers and men of military age who have already served in the Army, Navy, or Marines, and whose time of military service has expired or been terminated by their leaving the Forces or having been removed from the Army or Navy under special circumstances?
