asked the President of the Local Government Board if he will state what steps, if any, have been taken to initiate a roll of honour of employers willing to employ invalided soldiers on discharge, as outlined by Mr. Nothand, of Manchester, which scheme has already the approval of a number of large employers of labour, and to which his attention has already been called?
