Mr GINNELLasked the Home Secretary whether it is with his sanction that Irishmen who have come to Great Britain for munitions work and the erection of structures in connection therewith are now refused permission to return and informed that they come under the Military Service Act; and, if not, whether he will have this restraint removed as not warranted by that Act?
Mr. SAMUELI have no knowledge of any such practice. No action of the kind is being taken under the authority of the Home Office.
