HC Deb 23 February 1916 vol 80 cc670-1
8. Sir J. LONSDALE

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what steps, if any, have been taken to give effect to the Resolution passed by the House of Commons on 10th January, that the Government should enter into immediate consultation with the Governments of the Dominions in order with their aid to bring the whole economic strength of the Empire into co-operation with our Allies in a policy directed against the enemy?

The SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Mr. Bonar Law)

I have nothing to add at present to the answer given in reply to a similar question addressed to me by my hon. Friend the Member for Hereford on the 20th of January.
