§ Mr. ELLIS GRIFFITHI beg to ask the Home Secretary a question of which I have given him private notice, namely, whether he has any information as to the recent great increase in the number of night clubs in London, and the very injurious results of these institutions, and whether he will introduce legislation or take some other steps to secure that every night club in London shall be closed at twelve o'clock?
