HC Deb 27 April 1915 vol 71 c559
45. Mr. RENDALL

asked the Prime Minister whether he has received any expression of opinion from the usual or any other sources requesting him to give a further day for the discussion of the adjourned Motion standing in the name of the hon. Member for Houghton-le-Spring; and whether he will grant a day if a request is made to him by Members other than total abstainers?

The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Asquith)

I have received no expression of opinion on this matter, and there is nothing to make me think that there is a general desire for further discussion.
