§ 46. Mr. RENDALL
asked the Prime Minister whether, having regard to the fact that time for a Bill based on the Report of the Royal Commission on Divorce could not be found this Session, he can hold out hope that the Summary Jurisdiction (Matrimonial Causes) (No. 2) Bill, dealing with urgent but mostly non-controversial matters now before Parliament, can be taken in charge by the Government?
§ The PRIME MINISTER
I regret that, in view of the existing demands on the time of the House of Commons, the Government do not see their way to accept my hon. Friend's suggestion.
