HC Deb 19 May 1914 vol 62 cc1765-6
48. Mr. JAMES HOPE

asked the Prime Minister whether he is prepared to make a statement as to the discrepancies between certain official statements and utterances of Ministers which he expressed himself as being unable to explain through lack of time in the Debate of 29th April?

The PRIME MINISTER

I can add nothing to the reply which I gave the hon. Member on the 11th instant on this subject.

Mr. JAMES HOPE

May I take it that the Prime Minister is of opinion that the discrepancies alluded to admit of no explanation?

The PRIME MINISTER

dissented.
