Mr. Soames reported from the Committee on Group 3 of Railway Bills, That the parties opposing the Great Western Railway Bill had stated that the evidence of Frank Norman Eve, of 10, Union Court, Old Broad Street, E.C., was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Frank Norman Eve do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.

Ordered, That Frank Norman Eve do attend the Committee on Group 3 of Railway Bills To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
