Sir Herbert Roberts reported from the Committee of Selection, That they had discharged the following Member from Standing Committee B (in respect of the Education (Administrative Provisions Bill): Mr. Hancock; and had appointed in substitution (in respect of the said Bill): Mr. Goldstone.
