§ Mr. Ernest Gardner reported from the Local Legislation Committee (Section B), That the parties promoting the Northwich Urban District Council Bill had stated that the evidence of Mr. William Bowyer, 131, Middlewich Road, Northwich, Cheshire, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Mr. William Bowyer do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
§ Ordered, That Mr. William Bowyer do attend the Local Legislation Committee (Section B) To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
