§ 63. Sir PHILIP MAGNUSasked the Prime Minister whether it is his intention to introduce during the present Session a Redistribution Bill; and whether, if the Plural Voting Bill should become law during the life of the present Parliament, he will arrange that it shall not come into operation till after the passing of the Redistribution Bill?
