42. Mr. F. HALL (Dulwich)asked if the Admiralty proposes to compensate Henry Plant, the ex-stoker in the Navy who developed a serious disease shortly after undergoing compulsory vaccination, having just before passed a thorough medical examination; or whether it is proposed to investigate any further the claim of Plant to compensation?
