HALL (Dulwich)asked if the understanding with regard to the naval policy to be pursued by Great Britain in the Pacific, which was arrived at with the Governments of Australia and New Zealand, is contained in any agreement or other written Paper; and, if so, whether such document is available for the use of Members of this House?
