asked the First Lord of the Admiralty if the interrogation by the master-at-arms of the crew of His Majesty's ship "Hibernia" as to their political opinions was carried out with his knowledge or sanction; and whether steps have been taken, or are proposed to be taken, to transfer the master-at-arms to another vessel?
