§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe hon. Member is under a misapprehension. Under the Tuberculosis Order issued in 1913 by the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries, the local authorities have power to cause a cow giving tuberculous milk to be seized and slaughtered.
