asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if the British South African Company has been informed about the question which has been raised in Southern Rhodesia as to the British South African Company's ownership of land in that territory has been referred to the Privy Council?

I have proposed that the question of ownership of land in Southern Rhodesia by the British South Africa Company should be referred to the Privy Council for decision. I am awaiting a reply from the company on the subject.
