§ The CHAIRMAN, in pursuance of the Order of the House of this day, proceeded to put forthwith the Question with respect to each Class of the Civil Service Estimates, that the total amount of the Votes outstanding in that. Class be defined for the services denned in the Class, and in like manner to put severally the Questions that the total amount of the Votes outstanding in the Estimates for the Navy, the Army, and the Revenue Departments be granted for the services defined in those Estimates; and that Business other than Business of Supply may be taken before Eleven of the clock:—
