The SECRETARY for SCOTLAND (Mr. McKinnon Wood)The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part of the question, I received yesterday a communication from the magistrates committee of the Corporation of Glasgow, forwarding for my consideration various documents bearing on the subject, which I have not yet had time to consider, but no request of the nature indicated is made by the committee.
