§ 41. Colonel PRYCE-JONESasked the President of the Board of Education if he is now in a position to say if the application of Towyn Church school for recognition as a public elementary school has been granted?
Mr. PEASEThe application for the recognition of the Towyn Church school as a public elementary school has not been granted. The Board have informed the managers that there does not appear to be any such material change in the position of the school as would warrant them in arriving at a conclusion different from that which they reached in 1911, when a similar application was before them.
