HC Deb 20 November 1912 vol 44 c294
65. Mr. HOGGE

asked the Secretary to the Treasury whether he can now make any further statement about publishing a Sessional volume of the OFFICIAL REPORT dealing with Scottish questions, etc., in the same way as the present Irish volume?

Mr. MASTERMAN

After considering this question together with my right hon. Friend the Secretary for Scotland, I am satisfied that there is a general desire for such a volume, and I propose to give instructions for its preparation, starting from next Session.

Mr. ORMSBY-GORE

Will the right hon. Gentleman also extend this practice to Wales?

Mr. MASTERMAN

If there is any general desire. I wish to make the OFFICIAL REPORT as suitable and as available as possible.

Mr. WATT

Will it be made restrospective from the time of the Union?
