§ Mr. MASTERMANApplications for certificates of discharge from Death Duties in registration of title cases are disposed of as promptly as possible, but some delay is inevitable in cases where valuation is necessary. The answers to the remaining parts of the question are in the affirmative, but every effort is being made to expedite such cases.
