Gentleman is aware that dissatisfaction exists amongst Scottish Post Office employés at the official attitude in respect to the Scottish standard cost of living; whether, in view of the fact that it has been promised that the matter would come up for early discussion and that he in his letter of 22nd December, 1911, practically admitted that in many cases Scottish postal employés would now have been receiving better treatment had they received equal treatment with those in other parts of the kingdom, he is now prepared to deal with the case at an early date?
