§ Mr. MASTERMANThe Regulations (the Collection of Contributions Regulations, 1912) make no distinction between the case of domestic servants and all other employed persons. These Regulations were submitted to the Advisory Committee and very fully discussed by them, and in their present form as issued embody recommendations made in that discussion.
